How to manage the recieved applications?

To manage applications, go to the "Follow-up" tab, then "Applications". Here you can review and process the applications you have received.

Top of page: Status and state of applications

The top of the page looks like this, giving you access to several filters:

Use the different filters to display a refined result

It's possible to combine filters from the first line with those from the second line (statuses and application states) for an even more relevant result.

Line 1: Application status

2024-05-14_11h33_00.png To moderate: These are complete applications, awaiting your choice to unlock the rest of the process.

2024-05-14_11h32_42.png Pending: Pending applications are all those for which no choice has been made. Unlike the "To moderate" status, they are not all complete.

2024-05-14_11h33_24.png Maybe: this status can be applied to applications for which you still have doubts. You can use this opportunity to ask your colleagues for their opinion or compare applications.

2024-05-14_11h33_46.png Validated: this category includes all applications that have already been validated.

2024-05-14_11h34_28.png Rejected: these are applications that have been rejected.

Be careful not to leave the "Maybe" status for too long.

This status blocks the receipt of automatic e-mails, leaving your candidates unanswered. They want to engage with you, and have invested a lot of time and effort to get a return!

Line 2: Application state

2024-05-14_11h38_50.png Fully completed applications: these are the finalized applications, as all steps (form and video) have been completed.

2024-05-14_11h38_10.png Applications with completed form: these are applicants who have completed the form but have not provided a video presentation. The application process is considered incomplete.

2024-05-14_11h34_28.png Empty applications: these applications contain neither form nor video. Candidates can fill them in later!

Bottom of the page: Application details

Below the filters, you'll find a list of applications. Click on one of them to display its details:

You will then see :

  • The candidate's personal information: photo, surname, first name, e-mail address, contact details
  • The messaging tab: internal notes, chat with the Skeepers team, change history
  • Application status
  • Presentation video
  • Answers to the application form
